The Spring Yoga and Adventure in Belize Retreat is hosted by Toucan Ridge Ecological Education Station And Resort. All packages include lodging, 3 meals a day, beverages (soda and alcoholic beverages available at an extra cost), airport transfer, 2 daily yoga classes, and one nighttime wellness, meditation, or wildlife activity.

Dietary requirements catered to: vegetarian, lacto-ovo vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, organic, raw food, pescatarian, hallal, seafood, naturopathic, fruitarian, lactose free, whole food, paleo diet, yogic, and ayurvedic. Other dietary requirements are available on request.
On-site daytime activities included are: hiking trails, organic farm, eco projects, wildlife viewing and documenting, natural swimming pool, volleyball.
Off-site tours at additional cost include: Mayan Ruins tours, waterfall swimming and repelling, zip lining, cave tubing, kayaking, the best snorkeling and diving in the world, beach days, Mayan Healing and Natural Medicine Center, horseback riding, and more.
